After the close of the National Education Center's Institute of Technology in Anaheim, the institute's Administrator/Chief Instructor had a vision of establishing a college that would build a reputation based on the finest educational standards.
He, along with a team of instructors with extensive experience in post secondary career education at NATTS accredited degree-granting schools, wrote and constructed the curricula for the first program offering.
