Senior Project

All BSBM seniors complete a business application based capstone senior project. Students must analyze, research and present a business solution to a real-world challenge by gathering and applying managerial principles learned throughout the curriculum. The project is designed to promote the integration and assimilation of the management disciplines learned from previous courses. Emphasis is placed on the use of strategic, analytical and critical thinking abilities to evaluate certain business situations. Students are expected to demonstrate skills that include managerial understanding, research ability, oral + written communication, and the ability to work in teams. The goal of the project is to instill an understanding of the needs of leadership and the relationship between management principles and other functions of business.
