How do I order a SCIT transcript?
To order an SCIT transcript, whether official or unofficial, contact the Registrar's Office directly.
How much does an official transcript cost?
The first official transcript is free. Following that, any additional official transcripts cost $10 each.
How long does it take to receive my transcript?
Transcripts are normally ready within one (1) week at the Registrar's Office.
Can someone else order/pick up my transcript for me?
Yes. In order for another person to pick up your transcript, he/she must:
1. Present a letter written and signed by you stating the name and giving permission to the person you wish to pick up your transcript, and;
2. Present some form of identification (ID) of him or herself.
Can I have my transcript faxed?
Yes. Students may request to have their transcripts faxed. However, all faxed transcripts are unofficial.
Can my academic record be changed after I have graduated?
Student records are closed to revisions in enrollment, grading, and academic actions upon award of a degree or diploma. Students are responsible for requesting review of their record prior to award of their degree. Changes requested by an individual after award of a degree are considered by the College only under extraordinary circumstances. Supportive documentation is required. For more information regarding changes to academic records, please contact the Registrar's Office.
