Individual Courses
Individual courses may be taken if an applicant prefers not to enroll in an entire program. Students who take individual courses as opposed to enrolling in a program receive certificates of completion for the course(s) completed along with a transcript showing the course(s) taken. Typically, those wishing to take individual courses enroll in specific modules since the modules contain a collection of courses that are on similar topics. Most modules include a lecture based course and a lab based course so that students learn the theory and have the opportunity to apply the theory in labs.
Entrance Requirements
Entrance requirements for those wishing to take individual courses remain the same as any regular applicant. Please review our entrance requirements for details. In addition, applicants need to go through the same application process.
Course Schedules
Individual course schedules vary so applicants should check with the Admissions Office to find out more information on the next available course offerings and whether there is space. Most courses are offered during the evening times after 5pm but a few may be offered during the daytime. Courses are usually 5 weeks in length, Mondays thru Thursdays, but can vary so, again, it is best to check with the Admissions Office for your particular course of interest.
